European Union Customers

For our valued customers in the European Union, in addition to our standard 15-day return policy, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 3 days of receiving your product, as required by EU consumer protection laws.

EU Cancellation Rights:

  • 3-day cooling-off period begins upon delivery
  • Right to cancel without giving any reason
  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs covered by customer (unless product is defective)

Return Conditions

To ensure hygiene and quality standards for all customers, returned items must meet the following criteria:

Eligible for Return:

  • Products in original, unopened packaging
  • Items that have not been used or tested beyond initial inspection
  • Products with all original tags, labels, and accessories
  • Items in resalable condition

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products that have been used beyond initial inspection
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage
  • Personalized or customized items (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team by email at info@snuzori.com 

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 3: Receive your return authorization and prepaid shipping label (where applicable).

Step 4: Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Step 5: Attach the return label and ship the package.

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery
  • We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping is fully covered by Snuzori
  • No time limit restrictions apply for genuinely defective items

International Returns

For customers outside the EU:

  • Standard 15-day return policy applies
  • Return shipping costs may vary by location
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for your preferred product. This ensures the fastest processing time and gives you the flexibility to choose exactly what you need.
